If you are starting from the famous Piazza de Ferrari, head east on Via XX Settembre towards Via Palestro. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via San Luca. Turn right onto Via San Luca. After about 200 meters, you will arrive at Piazza San Luca, which is located at the end of the street.

From the Genova Brignole train station, take bus number 18 in the direction of 'Via R. Margherita'. Get off at the stop 'Piazza De Ferrari'. From there, head east on Via XX Settembre, then turn right onto Via San Luca. Continue for about 200 meters until you reach Piazza San Luca.
