The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Santa Margherita Ligure, exit the train station and follow the signs towards the waterfront.

From the Santa Margherita Ligure train station, you can take the local bus (Line 82) to Portofino. The bus stop is just outside the station. Purchase your ticket from the newsstand next to the bus stop or on the bus. The bus ride to Portofino takes approximately 15-20 minutes, and it will drop you off near the entrance of Portofino Regional Park.
