Turn left onto Via Roma and continue walking until you reach Piazza della Vittoria. From there, follow the signs to Corso Italia. As you walk along Corso Italia, look for street signs indicating Santa Maria di Castello. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Salita di Santa Maria di Castello, where the church is located.

If you prefer to take a bus, head to the nearest bus stop at Piazza De Ferrari. Look for bus line 18, which stops at various points in the city center. Board the bus and ride until you reach the stop called 'Sant'Agostino.' Once you get off, walk up Via di Santa Maria di Castello, and in about 5 minutes, you will arrive at the church located at Salita di Santa Maria di Castello, 15.
