Walking
If you are in the historic center of Genoa, you can easily walk to Torre degli Embriaci. Start at Piazza De Ferrari, the main square. From the fountain, head towards Via XX Settembre and turn left. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Garibaldi. Turn right onto Via Garibaldi and follow it until you see the Palazzo Rosso on your left. Continue walking and turn left onto Salita San Matteo, which will lead you to Salita alla Torre degli Embriaci. The Torre will be on your right.
Public Transport
If you are further away, take the Metro Line 1 from any nearby station. For example, if you are at Brignole station, board the train towards S. Giovanni and get off at De Ferrari. From the De Ferrari station, exit towards Via XX Settembre, then follow the instructions for walking from Piazza De Ferrari as described above. Alternatively, you can take bus number 36 from the main bus terminal near the train station to the stop at Via Garibaldi, then walk to Torre degli Embriaci as previously described.
Taxi or Ride-sharing
If you prefer not to walk or use public transport, you can take a taxi or use a ride-sharing app. Simply provide the driver with the address 'Salita alla Torre degli Embriaci, 15, 16123 Genova GE'. The driver will take you directly to the entrance of the Torre, which is located in a pedestrian area, so they may drop you off at the nearest accessible point.
