Follow Via Garibaldi until you reach the end at Piazza Fontane Marose. From there, take Via XX Settembre straight down until you reach the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, turn left and continue walking along the promenade until you see the Porto Antico area. Vascello Neptune is located at Molo Ponte Calvi, right at the waterfront.
