Walking
From the center of Carignano, head towards Via San Lorenzo. Walk straight until you reach Piazza De Ferrari, a central square in Genoa. Continue walking along Via XX Settembre until you reach the intersection with Via Balbi. Turn left onto Via Balbi, and you will see the Royal Palace Museum located at number 10 on your right.

Public Transport - Bus
If you prefer taking public transport, you can catch bus number 36 from the nearest bus stop in Carignano. Board the bus heading towards 'Brignole' and get off at the 'Porta Fiume' stop. From there, walk along Via Balbi for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Royal Palace Museum at Via Balbi, 10. The bus fare is approximately €1.50.

Public Transport - Tram
Alternatively, you can take Tram Line 1 from Carignano. Board the tram heading towards 'Principe' and get off at the 'Darsena' stop. From there, walk towards Via Balbi, which is about 10 minutes away on foot. The Royal Palace Museum will be on your left at Via Balbi, 10. The tram fare is around €1.50.
