Walking
If you are starting from Piazza De Ferrari, head towards Via XX Settembre. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront, turn left onto Calata Molo Vecchio and follow it until you see the Galata Museo del Mare on your right at Calata Ansaldo De Mari, 1. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes.

Public Transport - Bus
From Piazza De Ferrari, take bus number 1 towards 'Brignole'. Get off at 'Darsena' stop. From there, it's a short walk to the museum. Head towards the waterfront and follow the signs pointing towards 'Galata Museo del Mare'. The entire journey should take about 30 minutes, including walking time. Note that a single bus ticket costs approximately €1.50.

From the nearest metro station, 'Darsena', take Line 1 towards 'Brin'. Get off at 'Darsena' station. After exiting the station, follow the signs that lead you towards the waterfront. The Galata Museo del Mare is just a few minutes' walk from the metro station, located at Calata Ansaldo De Mari, 1. The total time including the metro ride and walking is about 20 minutes.
