Continue walking until you come to the intersection with Via San Luca. Turn left into Via San Luca, and then take the first right onto Via San Matteo. From the Genova Brignole train station, take bus line 35 towards 'Borgoratti' and get off at 'Piazza De Ferrari'. From there, follow the walking directions provided above. Alternatively, take the Metro Line 1 from Brignole to 'De Ferrari' station and then exit. Follow the same walking instructions through Piazza De Ferrari to reach Chiesa e chiostro di San Matteo.
