Walking
If you are near the historic center of Genoa, head towards Piazza De Ferrari. From the square, take Via XX Settembre, a major shopping street, and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn left onto Via San Lorenzo, which will lead you to the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. From there, go straight to Via Garibaldi and continue until you reach the waterfront. You will see signs for Porto Antico. Walk along the waterfront, and in about 15 minutes, you will arrive at Porto Antico, located at Calata Molo Vecchio, 15.

From the main train station, Genova Piazza Principe, take bus number 1 towards 'Brignole'. Get off at the stop 'Carlo Felice'. From there, walk towards Piazza De Ferrari. Follow the previous walking instructions from Piazza De Ferrari to Porto Antico.
