Car
If you are traveling by car from Cogne, head southeast on the SP38 towards Aosta. After about 29 km, merge onto the A5 Autostrada towards Aosta. Continue for approximately 20 km and take the exit for Aosta Est. Follow the signs for the SS26 towards Courmayeur. After about 10 km, take the exit for Châtelard and follow the signs to Châtelard Castle. The castle is located at Frazione Chateau, 11015 Chateau AO, and there is parking available nearby, but please note that there may be a small parking fee.

Public Transportation
To reach Châtelard Castle using public transportation, start at Cogne and take a local bus towards Aosta. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Aosta bus station. From there, transfer to the bus towards Courmayeur and get off at the Châtelard stop. The castle is a short walk from the bus stop, approximately 1.5 km uphill. Be sure to check the bus schedules in advance as they can vary, especially on weekends.
