Getting There

Walking
From the central area of Herculaneum, head towards Corso Resina. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via De Lauro. Turn left onto Via De Lauro and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will find yourself at the entrance of the Herculaneum archaeological site. From there, you can take the Circumvesuviana train from the Ercolano Scavi station to Napoli Porta Nolana station. Once you arrive at Napoli Porta Nolana, exit the station and walk towards Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, following the signs for the centro storico. Continue walking until you reach P.za Dante.

Train and Walking
From Herculaneum, walk to the Ercolano Scavi train station. Board the Circumvesuviana train heading towards Naples. After a short 30-minute ride, get off at Napoli Garibaldi station. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the Metro Line 1 and take it to the Dante station. Exit the station and walk a few minutes towards P.za Dante, which will be straight ahead.

Bus and Walking
From Herculaneum, walk to the nearest bus stop on Corso Resina. Take the EAV bus (Linea 1) towards Naples. The bus will take you to Napoli Centro. Once you disembark, walk towards Via Toledo and follow it until you reach P.za Dante, which is a few blocks away.
