If you are driving, take the A10 highway towards Savona. Exit at 'Finale Ligure' and follow the signs for SP1 towards Toirano. Continue on SP1 for approximately 10 km, and then turn onto Via P. G. Maineri. The Toirano Cave will be on your left at Piazzale Dario, Via P. G. Maineri, 1, 17055 Toirano SV. Parking is available near the entrance, although there may be a small fee, typically around €2-€5, depending on the duration of your stay.

If you prefer public transportation, take a train from major cities in the Italian Riviera, such as Genoa or Savona, to 'Finale Ligure' station. From Finale Ligure, you can catch the local bus (Linea 8 or Linea 9) towards Toirano. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Toirano - Grotte' and walk a short distance along Via P. G. Maineri to reach Toirano Cave. The train ticket will cost around €5-€10, and the bus fare is approximately €1.50.
