Follow the signs for Lecco and then take the exit for SS36 towards Lecco. Continue on SS36 for about 17 kilometers and take the exit marked 'Magreglio - Madonna del Ghisallo'. Follow the signs up Via Adua for about 5 kilometers, where you will find the shrine at the top.
