Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Alba, which is a central point in Langhe. Take the SS231 road towards Neive. After approximately 12 km, follow the signs for Neive, and then turn onto Corso Romano Scagliola. Continue straight for about 1 km, and you will find Castello di Neive at Corso Romano Scagliola, 205. There is parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any fees associated with parking.

• Public Transportation

  If you prefer public transportation, take a train from Alba to Neive. There are regular services, and the journey takes around 15 minutes. Once you arrive at the Neive train station, exit the station and walk towards the center of town. Follow the signs to Corso Romano Scagliola, which is about a 15-minute walk. Alternatively, you could take a local bus or taxi from the train station to Castello di Neive if you have heavy luggage.

• Walking

  For those already in Neive, walking to Castello di Neive is quite pleasant. Head towards the main square of Neive and take Via Cavour until you reach Corso Romano Scagliola. From there, walk along Corso Romano Scagliola for approximately 1 km to reach the castle. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes, as some paths may be cobbled.

• Bicycle

  If you're feeling adventurous, renting a bicycle can be a fun way to explore the area. Many bike rental services are available in Alba. Cycle towards Neive via the scenic roads, which should take about 30 minutes. Once you reach Neive, follow the same route as pedestrians to reach Castello di Neive. Be mindful of traffic and ensure you have a helmet for safety.
