The Consorzio Turislucca will be on your right at number 43.

From Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, head southeast towards Via dell'Anfiteatro. Continue onto Via San Paolino, and after about 400 meters, turn right onto Via Enrico Maria Ridolfi. Walk straight for about 200 meters, and you will find the Consorzio Turislucca on your left at number 43.

If you prefer taking a bus, find the nearest bus stop to your location. Take bus line LAM Rossa towards Lucca Centro. Get off at the stop 'Via della Chiesa' (approximately 10 minutes ride). From the bus stop, walk straight down Via della Chiesa until you reach the intersection with Via Enrico Maria Ridolfi. Turn left onto Via Enrico Maria Ridolfi, and the Consorzio Turislucca will be on your left at number 43.
