Our driver, Gilberto, was friendly, kind, knowledgable about the area and spoke excellent English. The drive thru the countryside was beautiful. The waterfall was a wonderful experience. The Viator description was off in one area. You are not required to have a white robe and white towels, we were the only people with that. He then took us to a medieval village we had time to walk thru by ourselves. We found a restaurant with an outdoor terrace looking over the valley. It was great food, wine and view. It was a great experience and we would do it again. We felt the trip was overpriced for what we got. All we paid for was the driver, who was excellent. Lunch was not included and entry to the spring is free.

Amazing Experience at Saturnia Thermal Hot Springs! 🌿
Our trip to the Saturnia Thermal Hot Springs was absolutely wonderful! The natural pools were warm and relaxing — a truly unique and soothing experience surrounded by beautiful scenery. We booked our tour through Yayagraphy, and everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. A special mention to our guide Sahand Aghajani, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made sure everyone was comfortable and shared great insights about the area. Overall, it was a memorable and refreshing day — highly recommended for anyone visiting Italy!
