Car
If you're traveling by car, start from Grosseto, the main town in Maremma. Take the SS223 road towards Cinigiano. Continue on SS223 for about 30 km, then take the exit toward Cinigiano. As you enter Cinigiano, follow the signs for Castiglioncello Bandini. After about 5 km, you will see a sign for Podere Santa Pia. Turn left onto the dirt road leading to the property. There is no cost for using the roads, but ensure you have a GPS or map to navigate.
Public Transportation
If you prefer public transportation, take a train to Grosseto from your starting location. Once in Grosseto, board a bus that heads to Cinigiano. You can check the bus schedules online or at the Grosseto bus station. The bus ride to Cinigiano takes approximately 30-40 minutes. After arriving in Cinigiano, you will need to take a taxi or arrange for a local shuttle to Podere Santa Pia, as public transport does not directly reach the holiday home. Expect to pay around €30-€50 for the taxi service, depending on the time and availability.
Taxi
If you're already in Cinigiano and looking for a direct way to Podere Santa Pia, you can easily hail a taxi from the town center. Be sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey, which should be around €20-€30, depending on the time of day.
