Take the M2 Metro line (Green Line) from any of the central stations, such as Duomo or Centrale FS, heading towards 'Cascina Gobba' or 'Gessate' direction. Get off at the 'Porta Genova' stop. From there, exit the station and walk south towards 'Piazza Sant'Eustorgio', which is about a 15-minute walk. Follow 'Via Ascanio Sforza' until you reach 'Piazza Sant'Eustorgio'. The basilica will be on your left.
Tram
If you are near the Duomo, you can take tram line 3 (the yellow tram) from 'Duomo' tram stop in the direction of 'Repubblica'. Get off at 'Piazza 24 Maggio'. From there, walk southwest along 'Corso di Porta Ticinese' and then turn right onto 'Piazza Sant'Eustorgio'. The basilica will be located at the end of the square.
Bus
You can take bus line 95 from 'Centrale FS' or 'Garibaldi FS' stations. Ride to 'Piazza Sant'Eustorgio' stop. Once you get off the bus, the basilica will be directly in front of you. It’s a short walk from there.

If you are already in the Navigli district, the Basilica di Sant'Eustorgio is just a short walk away. Head northeast on 'Via Porta Ticinese' until you reach 'Piazza Sant'Eustorgio'. The basilica is located at 'Piazza Sant'Eustorgio, 1', and is easily recognizable by its unique architecture.
