Metro
If you are at Milano Centrale, take Metro Line 3 (the yellow line) towards Comasina. You will need to travel for 5 stops. Get off at Duomo station. Tram
If you are near the Castello Sforzesco, you can take Tram Line 1 from the stop 'Castello'. Ride for 6 stops and get off at 'Duomo'. After disembarking, walk towards the large square ahead of you, and you will find Cathedral Square, also known as Piazza del Duomo.
