To get to Corso Sempione, take the Metro Line 1 (Red Line) from any station in Milan. If you are starting from Duomo station, board the train towards Sesto 1 Maggio FS. You will need to travel for 5 stops and get off at the 'Cadorna' station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for 'Cadorna FN' and take the exit towards 'Piazza Cadorna'.
