Board the train at any station on this line and travel towards 'Sesto 1 Maggio FS'. Get off at 'Duomo' station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for 'P.za del Duomo'. It will take you directly to the plaza where the cathedral is located.

You can also reach Duomo di Milano by tram. Look for tram line 1 or 3, which both have stops at 'Duomo'. If you are at 'Castello Sforzesco', board tram line 1 and ride until you reach 'Duomo'. Alternatively, from 'Piazza della Repubblica', you can take tram line 3 towards 'Durini' and get off at 'Duomo'. After disembarking, walk towards the large square, and you will see the cathedral.

If you are in the vicinity of the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, you can simply walk to Duomo di Milano. Exit the Galleria and head towards the large square. It is only a short 5-minute walk. As you approach, you will see the magnificent façade of the cathedral rising in front of you.

For those using bus services, you can take bus lines 54 or 60 which stop at 'P.za del Duomo'. If you are coming from the main train station, catch bus 60 towards 'P.za Sant'Ambrogio' and get off at 'Duomo'. This will place you right in front of the cathedral.
