Metro
If you are near a metro station, take Line 3 (the yellow line) towards Comasina. Get off at the Duomo station. From there, exit the station and head towards the Duomo Cathedral. Once you are at the Piazza del Duomo, walk straight towards Via dell'Arcivescovado and then turn left onto Via dei Mercanti. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Cesare Beccaria, where the monument is located.
Tram
You can also take Tram Line 9 or 10. Board the tram at any stop along the route and get off at the stop called 'Piazza Beccaria'. From there, you will see the Monumento a Cesare Beccaria in the center of the square. The monument is hard to miss as it is a prominent structure in the area.
Walking
If you are already in the vicinity of the city center, you can walk to Piazza Cesare Beccaria. Start from the Duomo Cathedral and head east on Via Torino, then turn right onto Via dell'Arcivescovado, followed by a left onto Via dei Mercanti. Continue straight to reach Piazza Cesare Beccaria. The walk is about 15 minutes and will take you through some of the historical parts of Milan.
Bus
You can take Bus Line 73 from various locations in Milan. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Beccaria'. The monument is located right in the square, making it easy to spot as you step off the bus.
