Walk to the Montepulciano train station, which is approximately 15 minutes from the town center. Purchase a train ticket to the nearest major station, which is in Chiusi. Once you arrive in Chiusi, transfer to a local bus heading to Foiano della Chiana. Check the bus schedule at the Chiusi station for the next departure. The bus ride from Chiusi to Foiano will take around 20 minutes. Get off at Corso Vittorio Emanuele, which is where the Carnival is located.
