If you are in the center of Montepulciano, start at Piazza Grande, the main square. From there, head south on Via di Voltaia nel Corso. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers, following the signs towards the SP146 road. Upon reaching the intersection with SP146, turn left. Continue walking for about 3 kilometers until you reach the small village of San Gusmè. The village is located on your right, and you will see the beautiful buildings and the main square as you enter.
