Ferry
To reach Belvedere Tragara, first make your way to the Naples port (Porto di Napoli). You can take the Metro Line 1 to 'Università' station, then follow the signs to the port. Once at the port, purchase a ticket for a ferry to Capri, which operates frequently. The ferry ride takes about 50 minutes. After arriving at the Capri port, follow the signs to the funicular railway (Funicolare di Capri) which is located right at the port. Take the funicular up to Capri town.

Once you arrive in Capri town, walk towards the main square (Piazza Umberto I). From the square, head towards Via Vittorio Emanuele and continue straight. You will pass several shops and restaurants. Keep walking until you reach a fork; take the left path which leads to Via Tragara. Follow Via Tragara for about 15-20 minutes, and you will reach Belvedere Tragara, an observation deck with stunning views of the Faraglioni rocks.
