From Naples, take the Cumana train from Montesanto station towards Torregaveta. Get off at Fusaro station. From Fusaro station, take the 102 bus to Via Salita Castello, which is a short walk to the castle entrance. A Unico Campania ticket "NA3 Corsa Semplice Aziendale" is needed for the bus which costs €3.30. The bus ticket from Fusaro to Castello Di Baia is about €2-€4.
