From Piazza del Duomo, walk north along Via Duomo, then turn left onto Via dei Tribunali (the Decumano Maggiore). The Complesso Monumentale San Lorenzo Maggiore will be on your left in Piazza San Gaetano. The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes. Note that Via dei Tribunali can be crowded.
