From Piazza del Plebiscito, walk southeast towards the waterfront. Follow Via Cesario Console along the harbor, then continue onto Via Partenope. Castel dell'Ovo will be visible at the end of the causeway. The walk is approximately 15-20 minutes. No costs involved.
