From the Duomo, walk east along Via dei Tribunali; the complex will be on your left in front of Piazza Cardinale Sisto Riario Sforza. From Piazza Garibaldi, walk along Corso Umberto I, then turn right onto Via Duomo. Turn right onto Via dei Tribunali before the Duomo. No costs involved.
