Walking
From Piazza dei Mulini, the main square accessible by bus, walk downhill towards the sea. Follow the pedestrian streets and stairways, enjoying the views as you descend. The beach is approximately a 5-10 minute walk. Note that the walk back up can be strenuous.
Public Transport
Take the local bus (Interno Positano) to the Piazza dei Mulini stop. From there, follow the walking directions to the beach. Bus tickets cost around €1.60 and can be purchased on board.
Taxi
A taxi from most points in Positano to Spiaggia Grande will cost approximately €20-€30. Taxis can drop you off near Piazza dei Mulini, from where you can walk to the beach. Be aware that taxi fares can increase during peak season.
