Walking
If you are starting from the Napoli Centrale railway station, exit the station and head towards Corso Garibaldi. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Garibaldi, then take the metro line 1 towards Piscinola. Get off at the third stop, Museo. From Museo station, take Via Foria, and continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Duomo. Turn left onto Via Duomo, and continue until you reach the intersection with Via San Gregorio Armeno. Turn right onto Via San Gregorio Armeno and continue straight until you reach Piazza San Domenico Maggiore. The church will be on your left at P.za S. Domenico Maggiore, 8a.
Metro
From the Napoli Centrale train station, take the Metro Line 1 towards Piscinola. Travel for three stops and get off at Museo. From there, you can either walk or take a bus. If you choose to walk, exit the metro station and walk down Via Foria. Keep walking straight until you reach Via Duomo, then turn left. Walk along Via Duomo until you reach Via San Gregorio Armeno. Turn right onto Via San Gregorio Armeno, and you will arrive at Piazza San Domenico Maggiore, where the church is located at P.za S. Domenico Maggiore, 8a.
Bus
From Naples city center, locate the nearest bus stop and take bus number 1 or 2 towards Piazza Garibaldi. Get off at the stop named 'Via Duomo'. From there, walk straight along Via Duomo until you reach the intersection with Via San Gregorio Armeno. Turn right onto Via San Gregorio Armeno and continue until you reach Piazza San Domenico Maggiore. The church is located at P.za S. Domenico Maggiore, 8a.
