Getting There

  From the Orvieto funicular station (Piazza Cahen), walk straight along Corso Cavour into the heart of Orvieto. Continue until you reach Piazza del Popolo, a large square and a central gathering place in the town. The walk is approximately 10 minutes.

  From Orvieto Scalo (train station), take the funicular to Piazza Cahen. From Piazza Cahen, several local buses (such as the 'Circolare A' line or routes 1 and 5) connect to various points in the city center. Alight at a stop closest to Piazza del Popolo. A single bus ticket costs €1.30 and is valid for 90 minutes, also covering the shuttle bus from Piazza Cahen to Piazza Duomo.
