Walking
Piazza della Repubblica is located at the western end of Corso Cavour, Orvieto's main street. From the Duomo, walk along Via del Duomo, then turn onto Corso Cavour. Continue along Corso Cavour until you reach the Piazza della Repubblica. The walk is mostly flat and takes about 10-15 minutes.
Public Transport
From the Orvieto train station, take the funicular to Piazza Cahen. From Piazza Cahen, you can take a local bus (bus tickets cost €1.30 and are valid for 90 minutes, including the shuttle bus from Piazza Cahen to Piazza Duomo) to Piazza della Repubblica. Alternatively, you can walk from Piazza Cahen along Corso Cavour to Piazza della Repubblica.

Taxis are available in Orvieto, but they are limited. A taxi from the Orvieto train station to Piazza della Repubblica will cost approximately €15-€20. The taxi stand is located in Piazza Matteotti, in front of the train station.
