Walking
From the center of Orvieto, head towards the funicular railway station located at Piazza della Repubblica. Take the funicular up to the top of the hill. Once you exit the funicular station, turn right and follow the signs towards Prodo. Continue walking along the main road, Via del Duomo, until you reach the intersection with Via della Storia. Turn left onto Via della Storia and keep walking. After about 15-20 minutes, you will see Il Castello on your right, set in a picturesque landscape.
