If you are starting from the Orvieto Cathedral, exit the cathedral square and head down Via della Repubblica. Continue straight until you reach Piazza della Repubblica, where you will find a fountain. From the fountain, take Via Postierla, the street leading away from the square. Follow Via Postierla for about 10 minutes, and you will arrive at the War Monument located at Via Postierla, 301.
