From there, take Via Paternostro on your right and walk straight for another 250 meters. You will find Piazzetta Monteleone on your left, just after the intersection with Via dei Candelai.

From Teatro Massimo, walk to the nearby bus stop called 'Teatro Massimo'. Take bus number 104 towards 'Stazione Centrale'. After about 5 minutes, get off at the stop 'Piazza San Domenico'. From there, walk towards Via Paternostro on your right and continue straight for about 250 meters until you reach Piazzetta Monteleone on your left.
