Quattrocieli Winery, located in the heart of the Alcamo DOC , represents a blend of Sicilian tradition and modern organic winemaking. Founded in 2015 by Leonardo, the winery is a family affair, dedicated to crafting wines that authentically express the richness of the Sicilian terroir. The winery spans 20 hectares of vineyards across four distinct areas: Alcamo, Calatafimi, Salaparuta and Gibellina. This mosaic of terroirs, each with unique soil compositions, contributes to the distinctive character of Quattrocieli's wines. The winery is committed to organic practices, avoiding chemical additives in both the vineyard and cellar. They are also actively working to reduce their carbon footprint, aiming for near-zero CO2 emissions through the use of photovoltaic and solar thermal panels. Quattrocieli produces a range of organic wines, including those made from native grape varieties such as Catarratto, Insolia, Nero d'Avola and Syrah. Visitors can explore the vineyards, learn about the winemaking process, and taste the fruits of their labor. The winery offers various experiences, including guided tours, wine tastings, picnics amidst the vines and opportunities to create your own wine blend.
