There are countless boat tours that visit the same places (more or less) from Palermo. Of those, I think this is the one to pick solely because the crew is friendly and awesome, the food is plentiful, and beverages are unlimited (despite what the description says). They keep the group pretty small ~8 people and there is enough room on the boat where you can choose to isolate or you can socialize with others. My only suggestion for them would be, if the sails aren't going to be used, some more shade screens would be nice. That August sun is brutal and the sunburn will get you quick even with hourly reapplication.
