Start at the main square, Piazza IV Novembre, which is a central point in Perugia. From here, head south on Via dei Priori. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Raffaello. Take a right onto Via Raffaello. Chapel San Severo will be on your left at number 06122.

If you are near the Rocca Paolina, exit the fortress and head towards the escalators located at the end of Via Mazzini. Take the escalators down to the city center. Once you reach the bottom, walk straight to Via Raffaello, turn left, and the Chapel San Severo will be a short walk ahead on your left.
