From the center of Perugia, head towards the 'Piazza IV Novembre.' Once you reach the piazza, look for the escalator that leads down to 'Corso Vannucci.' Take the escalator and continue straight until you reach the 'Piazza della Repubblica.' From there, follow signs for the bus station 'Piazza Partigiani.' Once at the bus station, take a bus to Assisi. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at 'Piazza Garibaldi' in Assisi. After exiting the bus, walk straight until you reach 'Via Anfiteatro Romano,' and follow the street until you see the Roman theatre area on your left.

Start at the main bus station in Perugia, located at 'Piazza Partigiani.' Purchase a ticket to Assisi at the ticket counter or from a vending machine. Board the bus heading to Assisi, which operates frequently. The bus ride lasts about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Assisi bus station, exit and walk towards 'Piazza Garibaldi.' From there, turn left onto 'Via Anfiteatro Romano' and walk straight until you reach the Roman theatre area, which will be on your left.
