If you are starting from Pisa Centrale (the main train station), exit the station and head towards the main road, Via Giuseppe Mazzini. Continue walking along the river for about 15 minutes until you reach Lungarno Mediceo. Palazzo Lanfranchi is located at Lungarno Mediceo, 17. You will see the building on your right.

If you are near the Leaning Tower of Pisa, start walking towards the river. Head southeast on Via Santa Maria until you reach the riverbank. Turn left onto Lungarno Pacinotti, then continue along the river for about 10 minutes. Turn left onto Lungarno Mediceo, and you will find Palazzo Lanfranchi at number 17 on your right.
