Bus
From Pisa, head to the main bus terminal, which is located at Piazza dei Cavalieri. Look for the bus line heading to Livorno; the buses are frequent, and you can buy tickets at the terminal or onboard. The journey takes approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Livorno, get off at the main bus station, and from there, you can walk to Piazza del Municipio, which is about a 15-minute walk. Just head straight down Via Giuseppe Mazzini until you reach Piazza del Municipio.
Train
From Pisa Centrale train station, board a train heading to Livorno. Trains run regularly, and the trip takes about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Livorno train station, exit and walk towards Piazza del Municipio. It will take approximately 20 minutes to reach the square by walking straight down Via di Porta a Mare, then turning right onto Via Grande until you reach Piazza del Municipio.
Walking
If you are already in Livorno, you can walk to Piazza del Municipio from various central locations. For example, if you are near the waterfront, head east along the canal on Viale Italia until you reach Piazza della Repubblica. From there, continue straight on Via Grande, which will take you directly to Piazza del Municipio. The walk should take about 15 to 20 minutes.
