If you are starting from the Leaning Tower of Pisa, head east on Via Santa Maria toward Piazza dei Miracoli. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via del Castello. Turn left onto Via del Castello, and follow it until you reach the junction with Via Roma. Turn right onto Via Roma, and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. Turn left onto Via Garibaldi, and after a few minutes, you will see the Ponte di Mezzo on your right.

From Pisa Centrale train station, exit the station and head southwest on Via Francesco Crispi. Continue straight onto Via della Libertà. After about 15 minutes of walking, you will reach the River Arno. Cross the river using the Ponte di Mezzo, where you will find your destination on the other side.

If you prefer to take the bus, head to the nearest bus stop called 'Pisa Centrale'. Take Bus Line LAM Rossa (Red Line) towards 'Cisanello'. Get off at the stop 'Ponte di Mezzo', which is directly in front of the bridge. Walk a few steps to reach Ponte di Mezzo, 1.
