Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Pompeii, head north on Via Roma towards the Archaeological Park entrance. Once you reach the entrance, continue straight on Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi. After about 1 km, you will see a bus stop on your left for SITA bus services. Take the SITA bus towards Positano. The journey will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Positano, get off at the 'Positano' stop. From there, follow the signs towards the beach; walk downhill along Via Pasitea until you reach the beach area. Then, turn left onto Via Arienzo and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach Bagni D'arienzo located at Via Arienzo, 16.

    Start at Pompeii Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station. Take the Circumvesuviana train towards Sorrento. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Get off at Sorrento station. From Sorrento, go to the SITA bus terminal, which is just a short walk from the train station. Board the SITA bus headed for Positano. After approximately 35 minutes, get off at the 'Positano' stop. From there, follow the signs towards the beach, walk down Via Pasitea and then take a left on Via Arienzo. Continue for about 10 minutes to reach Bagni D'arienzo at Via Arienzo, 16.
