Walking
From the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance, head southeast on Via Villa dei Misteri toward Via Plinio. Continue straight on Via Villa dei Misteri for about 1.2 km until you reach the junction with Via Nolana. Turn left onto Via Nolana and walk for approximately 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via Madonna dell'Arco. Here, you will take a right onto Via Madonna dell'Arco. Follow this road for about 2 km until you reach the small town of Bomerano. The start of the Sentiero degli Dei, or the Path of the Gods, is located near the main square in Bomerano.
Bus
From the Pompeii Train Station, take the SITA bus towards Agerola. The bus stop is located just outside the station. Make sure to check the bus schedule as it can vary throughout the day. After about a 30-minute ride, get off at the Bomerano stop. Once you arrive in Bomerano, walk towards the town square, where you will find the entrance to the Sentiero degli Dei trail.
Guided Tour
Consider booking a guided hiking tour of the Sentiero degli Dei. Many local tour companies offer packages that include transportation from Pompeii to Bomerano. The tours typically meet at a designated location in Pompeii, such as the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance or the train station. Verify the meeting point and time with your chosen tour provider.
