Walking
If you're starting from the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance (Porta Marina), exit the park and walk straight along Via Villa dei Misteri. After approximately 500 meters, turn left onto Via delle Terme. Continue walking for another 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Via di Villa dei Misteri. Turn right, and shortly after, you will see Castellum Aquae on your left at Vicolo dei Vetti.

From the Piazza Bartolo Longo, head south on Via Giuseppe Mazzini, which will turn into Via di Villa dei Misteri. Continue straight for about 600 meters, then turn left onto Via delle Terme. After walking for about 300 meters, turn right onto Vicolo dei Vetti. Castellum Aquae will be located on your left.

If you are near the Forum area, exit towards Via dell'Abbondanza and head east. Continue until you hit Via di Villa dei Misteri, then turn left. Walk for about 200 meters, and you will find Castellum Aquae on the right side at Vicolo dei Vetti.
