Walking
From the center of Pompeii, head east on Via Roma towards Piazza Bartolo Longo. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Plinio. Turn left onto Via Plinio and walk until you reach the train station, Stazione di Pompei. From there, take a regional train towards Salerno. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the Amalfi train station. Once you arrive, follow the signs leading you to the bus terminal, and take bus number 1 or the Amalfi line towards Amalfi. The bus will take you directly to Largo Scario. The entire journey will take around an hour.
Bus
From Pompeii, walk to the bus stop on Via Roma. Take the SITA bus towards Amalfi. The buses run regularly, so check the schedule posted at the stop. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive in Amalfi, get off at the Largo Scario stop. The landmark will be just a short walk away, and you can ask locals for directions if needed.
