From the center of Pompeii, head towards the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance. Once you exit the park, turn left onto Via Plinio. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. At this intersection, turn right onto Via Roma. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you arrive at the Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station. From there, take a train heading to Benevento. The train ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Benevento station, exit the station and walk straight onto Via Vittorio Emanuele. Continue walking for about 15 minutes until you reach Piazza Santa Sofia, where the Museum of Sannio is located.
