Starting from the Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance, head north on Viale Giuseppe Mazzini towards Via Plinio. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn left onto Via Roma and walk for approximately 1 km until you reach the Pompeii train station (Pompei Scavi). From the train station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Naples. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Napoli Garibaldi station, exit and follow signs for the Metro Line 1. Take the metro towards Piscinola and get off at Museo station. From Museo station, exit onto Via Costantinopoli, then turn left onto Piazza Museo. The destination, Napulitanata, will be on your right at Piazza Museo, 11.

If you are at the Pompeii Scavi train station, board the Circumvesuviana train towards Naples. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at Napoli Garibaldi station. Upon exiting, follow the signs to the Metro Line 1. Take the metro towards Piscinola and get off at Museo station. Once you exit the station, turn left onto Via Costantinopoli and proceed to Piazza Museo. Napulitanata is located at Piazza Museo, 11, which will be on your right.
