Walking
From the central area of Pompeii, head towards the Pompeii Scavi (archaeological site) entrance. Exit the site and walk towards the train station (Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri). Once at the station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Naples. Get off at the stop for 'Porto di Procida'. Upon exiting the train station in Procida, follow the signs to the marina. From the marina, you can either take a local bus or walk towards 'Unnamed Road'. The spiaggia del postino is located a short walk from the marina.
Public Transport
From Pompeii, walk to the Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri train station. Purchase a ticket for the Circumvesuviana train to Naples. Get off at the 'Porto di Procida' station. Once you arrive in Procida, take a local bus (line 1 or 2) that heads to the beach area or walk towards the beach, which is around 1 km from the train station. Follow the signs to 'Unnamed Road' and you'll reach spiaggia del postino.
